By the way it would be nice if you would give some respect to West Point as it's been a staple of our country. I would think you having served the country and all would know that.

It would be nice to give some respect to Law Enforcement its been a staple of our country...you think being a citizen you'd know that.

King's attorney, John Raley, said Thursday that his client had been suspended from West Point as a result of the episode and placed in a "mentorship" program which will require active-duty status of at least a year.
Police smelled alcohol

West Point spokesman Francis DeMaro declined to discuss specifics of King's case, but said cadets can be placed under mentorship for violations of the academy's code of honor. Inappropriate use of alcohol, he said, may result in such action.

West Point doing that has nothing to do with whether he was assaulted or not.

Normally that would be the case.

The officers threw that out the window in their blatantly obvious bias with their photo op. They're charecters can now be questioned. I'd bet, having been involved extensively with law enforcement, there are numerous policies against taking sides in an ongoing investigation.

Where was that? What was the judges name? I have a feeling you're directing a fiction film.

Now how would I get access to his sealed criminal proceedings to find the judges name?

Being "involved in law enforcement" as you are you would know this man would be fingerprinted booked and then have to post bail to get out...until he sees a judge.

He made no claim of his "innocence" in having the case dismissed which would make this a non issue and Patti and her entourage liable for what happened.

Instead he says hes suing Labelle, not that his case was dismissed and his suing Labelle.

Didn't you ask me why he wasn't breathalyzed? I doubt your involved in law enforcement in any serious capacity.

And yes public drunkenness is a violation of the ethics code at USMA so your right that could have nothing to do with the assault.

Fail.

His accusations are a matter of public record if he's above the age of 18.

Either he would be breathalyzed or a field sobriety test would be given.

"I smell alcohol" isn't enough to prove anything.

If I "allegedly" raped your wife and, because I was famous, the police officers took a quick photo op with me after the "investigation", you'd be kosher with that, right?

Quit playing stupid.

I'm not really sure why you're still responding, you already closed the case a while ago, remember?

Are you that stupid to think rape has the same standard of evidence as public intoxication?

Trick question I know the answer...How bout you READ up on Texas law about public drunkenness and you tell me what someone has to blow on a Breathalyzer to be charged with it.

If you admit you dont know id be glad to educate you. But 99% chance your gonna be too ignorant and stubborn to ask.

And then by all means go and find the JUDGES name during the case since you wish to slander another person rather than hold the the cadet responsible for his actions...did the Judge pose with Ms Labelle too?

Did you know hes also Suing the airport in his lawsuit...did the Airport pose with Ms Labelle too?

Or maybe hes looking for a quick buck suing everybody and everything...Why not sue to bodyguards that HIT HIM? oooo because they have NO MONEY.

Dont get played like a chump.

Don't come here with weak arguments and look foolish.

Funny how you see things.

You see the victim as the aggressor and you've already closed the case. You've got an agenda...

How about you explain how an officer, not a medical physician, assumed a person with a concussion was drunk without proof, i.e. breathalyzer or field sobriety test? Work on that and then I'll answer your question.

Maybe. The bodyguards are employed by Patti so she's responsible for their actions while they're (see that contraction) on the clock just like your (not a contraction) is while you're (a contraction) the clock.
