Think of what a miscarriage of justice takes place if she was forced to retire because some punk kid got in her face and she pushed him off her. I can guarantee you that most kids parents would support the teacher if watching the video. It's hard not to.

If I were this teacher, if reinstated, I'd ask for a transfer. Teens can be vengeful little a-holes...Would not want to continue to teach in a school that still housed this psycho.

Being 6'4'' I can only guess that it must have been terrifying for that poor woman to have been backed up against the wall by a larger, young, hostile male.

If that young man's dad doesn't kick his ass for his behavior then he's a negligent father.
