There is nothing inherently wrong with marrying your cousin. Although I believe it was taboo in much of Africa, cousin marriage was practiced extensively in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
May be cool to some, no way i want to marry one of my cousins, ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I know it is acceptable and cousins do marry, something just not right with that to me, even though it is acceptble. I can't see how anyone can marry a first cousin.

Indeed. I don't know any reason that could make me get married to someone I am related to. There are hundreds, thousands, millions of other people to chose from...
Cousin marriage is common in Africa and in the Middle East. Generally speaking, there is nothing wrong with first cousin marriage. It it generational inbreeding that can lead to the ill effects of inbreeding.
I've got a hot cousin but I would never marry her or get down with her.
I hate to speak the stereotype but I'm surprised West Virginia doesn't allow marrying one's cousin, yet liberal strongholds like Californiastan, NY and Massachusettsgrad allow it. Totally gonna use that next time someone talks **** about WV.
They're both wrong to me. It doesn't seem right to me for two people of the same gender to be together and I can't understand why someone why would become attracted to their own family member. Family members are not supposed to be "attracted" to each other and have sex.
The Queen is married to her Cousin as was her Father and his father, and his father
