AND he used his position as a U.S. Congressman to apply pressure to the media to attack Andrew Breitbart for over 72 hours with an unfounded witchhunt over a lie about "hacking" that HE told them. If that isn't abuse of power and grounds for being expelled from Congress then I don't know what is.
