Obama is considering a buyout of McDonalds if its in danger of bankruptcy. It is the biggest job maker of any company during his administration.

He did have a stimulus. But he caved to right wing demands, so it was too small and too loaded with tax cuts.
Now he's done a 180 and is actually advocating the GOP plan to cut government spending during a downturn.
