They are on the watch list but haven't been convicted of anything so they have the same rights as anyone else.

Why not just arrest the people on the watch list and send them down to Gitmo since Obama still hasn't closed it? Would that make you happy?
Didnt the Democrats just celebrate the killing of that "unconvicted" terrorists UBL, claiming that his killing, cemented Obamas re-election bid? Arent these the very same individuals who claim these terrorists are protected by our Constitution, now wanting to decide not to uphold that very same Constitution for people unconvicted?

I see, liberals see no problem with the government killing you, but lord forbid you want to own a gun!!!

Spin much?

Plenty of people make it onto the no fly list for no other reason that their name matches someone elses. NICs background check can already approve or deny a purchase based on any suspicion that a purchase may be illegal or for illegal use based on information already gathered on an individual.

This attempt by Quigley is an attempt to use the word "terrorist" to once again deprive law abiding citizens of their rights. Wake up people! Are you so much the sheep that you could not see the fabrication of "saving us form terrorists" to restrict the rights of gunowners or law abiding purchasers coming?

Is it any coincidence the naked scanners were ready to go and waiting in the wings the day after the Christmas Day underwear bomber failed attack?

Hillary Clinton wants to push the Senate to pass the UN small arms agreement which basically does away with the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution. What better way to fearmonger the public into allowing their 2nd Amendment rights than to have Quigley put forward his legislation, let it fail, set up a fake "terrorist attack" using small arms on US soft targets, and then take that right away?

Or, do you think the timing is once again a "coincidence" with the Gaddahn threat, the failed Quigley legislation which never had a chance, and the pending Senate vote to revoke the 2nd Amendment through the UN small arms treaty?

Wake up ! This is a set up by the globalists and this administration. They have to neuter our rights before 2012 election!

All that it takes for evil to prevail is for good men (and women) to do nothing. The evil and the enemy is within. It is those who take away our rights in the name of security using a contrived CIA born terrorist group to fearmonger us into surrender. Apparently you and others condoning the elimination of rights for law abiding citizens vote for tyranny over liberty.

Wait a minute..you guys are worried about them buying guns ?
Me..why the heck is the Fed letting them walk around free as a bird ?

Why aren't they flagged in the system ?

If you don't want them to have guns and they are that suspect you don't want them walking the streets do you ?

And many people would find their names on a no gun list for the same reason.

The real threat to US secutity with guns is BATFE and their illegal gun trafficking operation "Fast & Furious". This administration is not cooperating with the Issa and Grassley investigations despite being being served with supeona(s). Real deaths have occured as a result of BATFE's own illegal gun trafficking!

These days, anyone can be considered a terrorist. Napolitano has cited returning veterans as being terrorism risks. It is truly alarming what is happening to our personal freedom here in America.

Terrorists, drug dealers, gangs, and other unsavory individuals are going to get weapons of some sort no matter what the LAW says they can and can't do. They're already breaking the law, why should they care about one more?

Besides, the Brady Campaign has used shock value to try and push legislation before.
