No government would also mean no roads, no food safety (got salmonella?), no rule of law - you could kill your neighbor and get away with it and vice versa, no national defense - just about any country could invade us if they want... etc. Is that what you really want?
Of course no governments means absolutely none of those things listed. There exists no law of physics whatsoever that makes that the case. Sorry, that's the objective reality. Unless you can cite me the law of physics that makes that impossible, the argument has no traction as a statement of scientific fact (which you really are not even asserting... you are basically making sociological based arguments based off of - at best - human tendencies).
Likely. The yellow and black flag (for those who care to know - just for reference) is generally considered the anarcho-capitalist flag (or Carsonite mutualist flag, to some Kevin Carson fans). The flag may, or may not have various symbols on top of the black and gold background... but the black and gold running diagonally through the flag is the tip-off.
Other variations are the red and black flag, orange and black flag, green and black bisected flag, etc... with the color separation also running diagonally down the flag the same way. Red and black is informally taken to be the anarcho-communist and anarcho-syndicalist flag. The green and black flag is informally adopted by "primitivists" and some self described eco/green-anarchists. Then there are others.
Actually, would probably be more helpful to show a list of them. I'll just use the Wiki one, even though it is missing some:

Ok, food safety (FDA) is a joke, our food chain is poisoned with chemicals and GMO ingredients. Infrastructure is crumbling as we speak'; water supply is being poisoned with flouridation. We are basically seeing a police state form right in front of our eyes, I don't know much about national defense...but didn't US invade, aren't most of our troops deployed, so how are we protected from invasion ? Political system is totally broken, can it even be fixed ? I don't know...
I'm a Libertarian, and I know folks who think this way, but a government is necessary to protect rights to life, liberty and property. People form tribes to keep the neighboring tribe from ransacking your village or your neighbor from robbing you. This sounds like an anarcho-capitalist viewpoint.
Yes, a government is necessary...but not a corrupt one. I don't favor Anarcho-Capitalism, however, I do favor the constitution.
