They sell oil drilling permits all the time. After the biggest oil spill in our nation's history, you don't think the Gulf area should have been reviewed before any other drilling was started?
Guess this means we can expect a thread from lefties whining about how Obama is in the pocket of Big Oil.
Lefties don't like what Obama is doing. Righties don't like the fact that Obama even exists. I'm a moderate southern Democrat. I like what he's trying to do.
