Ok Dr. Here is some date on CVS and trisomy 21. What other trisomys are of concern to you. Needless to say, you are once again wrong.

Yes, it does.

Two human beings are implicated in every abortion: the mother and her unborn child

In an abortion, the mother usually contracts a doctor to kill her child. The child has the natural right to life; this is violated in every abortion by the mother and doctor contracting to kill and depriving it of life.

One of the purposes of government is to protect the natural rights of human beings from those who would violate them. This is a proposition that I think nobody in this forum would argue with.

Therefore, the government can and should "have business involving itself in the abortion issue".

Should the Government be involved ? Let’s see, if you crack open an egg from a Bald Eagle the Government will put you in prison. On the other hand, you can flush unborn babies down the toilet if you feel the baby will be a financial burden. Hmmmm. Oh, and you shouldn’t be burdened with the cost. The tax payer will chip in weather he or she wants to or not.

Perhaps if a fetus could be given a choice.....it would choose to go to be with GOD in HEAVEN, rather than live a life of misery here on this earth because it was never wanted in the first place.

Last time I checked, human beings weren't an endangered species. And....if the mother can't afford to care for an unwanted child, the tax payer WILL chip in for the cost of raising it for 18 years, whether he or she wants to or not.

We are truly a sick society.

I assume you are referring to all of those Republican/conservative pro-lifers out there that want to cut benefits and health care for children of the poor.

Or keep your cloths on.
Gee.....I wonder why no one has ever thought of that before? We should tell all those people in third world countries full of starving children that we have found the solution!

you can research yourself if you truly want to know. you seem to dismiss the issues anyway. trisomy is only a few of the many issues that can be a reason for late term abortion.

You never answered my question.

Why would you want to force a woman to give birth to a hideously deformed baby......just so it can suffer and struggle to breath for a few minutes, hours or maybe a day or two? Do you call such suffering "frivolous"?

Please....tell us your reasoning. Why is that a GOOD thing? Why would you condone such unnecessary suffering.....by both the parents who have to watch the torture and the infant experiencing it?

Is it because YOUR God requires such an infant to suffer before he will allow it to enter "Heaven"?

Yes, it should be defending the child.

A nonviable fetus is nothing more than an organism....not a baby....not a child.

An organism is NOT a person....it has NO rights, let alone the right to take over a woman's life and body against her will.

I'm an atheist so it ain't a God reason. Are you suggesting only deformed babies are aborted after viability? No one can predict with any certainty what will happen after birth. What make you think any parent has to watch anything. You abortion crazed folks are a little unhinged.

What constitutes personhood.
