I think one term should be the standard for all Presidents and Governors. Too much time and energy is spent on reelection campaigns.
I think the same. Any politician should only have one term. Only one shot to do it right. No time to waste, no painful decisions to avoid, no planning to do, etc.
I'm dreading decades to come, with this bitter, angry little man, going around the world, bad mouthing our country for not reelecting him. Even if he went two terms, he would still be out there voicing his Marxist ideology and taking pot shots at this country and publicly second guessing, and belittling every president that comes after him.

Something tells me President Obama knew what he was there for and he wasted no time accomplishing his adgenda. I do believe President Bush did the same, just think he thought it would fall more into place.
It's time we all wake up and realize the government has become to "BIG" and too many people are crying for their needs and we have a cultural divide.
One Term is fine with me!! Let's get someone in there who can take us to creating our own jobs, drilling for our own oil, producing our own food, the list goes on.................
He's feeling the heat and is looking for an easy out. He will point back to this when he loses the election and say he didn't want to do it anyway. This guy is not a hard worker, he is a freeloader.
It's quite likely he'll pull an LBJ.
It's possible he's seen the hand-writing on the wall and knows that the next US president, whoever that may be, Democrat, Republican, Independent (it matters not) will be Hoobert Heever Jr. and will go down in history as the president who caused the worst depression in the 21st Century.
