The same idiotic spin you guys tried on other threads. Let me explain this to you. Sports are a meritocracy, at least on the field. White men own the vast majority of professional sports franchises. If they thought that by putting whites on the field or court, they'd make money, they'd put whites on the field or court. But sports franchise owners, whatever color or race or ethnicity they might be, always think of the bottom line first. Therefore, they employ only the best, the ones who will make them the most money. They put the best players in the world on the field or court and pay them the most money; most happen to be black.
While there are only hundreds of athletes good enough to make it in pro sports, there are hundreds of thousands of people good enough to be coaches, general managers or other front-office personnel. As happens in any other corporate setting, the owners tend to hire those who most resemble themselves. Their intelligence or other qualifications are pretty much irrelevant.
Hmm, I'm still curious on how stupid you think blacks are? Why do you think they're not qualified to become coaches?

So to sum it up this whole thing is just a baseless accusation of racism then? I still want to see where conservatives suggested we discriminate for sports teams.
Wait, wha? *woosh* I think you just missed the point as it flew over your head. Nobody cares whether there are whites in the NBA. The point is that making laws to discriminate against people based on race is wrong.
Interesting, as we've had those laws in this country since this country has been extant - they're even in the Constitution - but now you care since you perceive that current law discriminates against whites.

Amazing.
What??? Nobody said anything about discrimination against whites. Do you even understand the point of this thread?
We are arguing that there should be no discrimination, even in favor of whites.

Of course you can. Whites are far from underrepresented in sports. Look at the owners' suites and the top corporate jobs.
And they're underrepresented on the teams. So what? Are all the white owners discriminating against white players? What are you even trying to say here? Is this anything more than an excuse for you to pull the race card?
Did any of those thread advocate discrimination or affirmative action of any kind?
