Not sure this is a bad thing or a good thing, considering the amount of "revisionist history" that's being taught these days...

AP: Abortion Showdown Could Cost Indiana $4.3 billion | The Blaze) — "U.S. students don’t know much about American history, according to results of a national test released Tuesday. Just 13 percent of high school seniors who took the 2010 National Assessment of Educational Progress, called the Nation’s Report Card, showed solid academic performance in American history."

They are propaganda ready. We are breeding the most gullible, ill-informed generation of young people at one of the most dangerous times in all of history.

Most economists don't know anything about the Federal Reserve and money creation. It doesn't matter what students know about history......most likely what they are taught in schools is bull**** anyways. You think they learn about the CIA overthrow of governments? The Pentagon Papers? Operation Northwoods? Mena Drug scandal? How John Wilkes Booth was part of the Knights of the Golden Circle? Or how about Unit 731 of the Japanese army?

I mean let's face it much of US history for the last 200 years is filled with imperialism, government sanctioned atrocity, the plundering and pillaging of native cultures all over the world for economic benefit, endless and unnecessary wars, the destruction of the middle class. I mean who the hell wants to teach a country's future generation just how vile and corrupt their past is?

US history that students learn is a white washed, politically correct dumbed down pile of steamy elephant crap. Students wanna learn history go to the library, read the internet, and expose themselves to the truth lurking just below the surface what is supposed to be reality.

It is truly sad.

Watched the nightly news, it said that only about 10% of 4th graders studied knew who Abraham Lincoln was by his picture.

Wow.
