HA ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Love it.....

Oh...in before the lefties say the courts SUCK, they are wrong and WI is ruined because of this....

Quote:
The court concluded that Sumi exceeded her jurisdiction, "invaded" the Legislature's constitutional powers and erred in halting the publication and implementation of the collective bargaining law.
The court added that its role is limited to determining whether the Legislature employed a "constitutionally violative process in the enactment of the act. We conclude that the Legislature did not violate the Wisconsin Constitution by the process it used."

Yes, some men in black love to legislate from the bench.

Wisconsin state senate also passes concealed carry law, allowing guns in capitol building and other government buildings outside of police stations and courtrooms. God is smiling down on the state!

Hmmm...I like this law. Now, in Alaska we (non-felons) can carry concealed without having a permit, but not in some of the locations you have mentioned.

Yes! So many lefties here complaining about the court decision! ...LOL

[Don't project your low mentality level on us. I read the actual decision. I read the arguments from the Judges on both sides of the decision.......that's light years of what anybody in this thread has done.]

And all you can muster in all of these left/right court cases....is........ Yea! we won! or Boo! We lost! Liberal Judges! Whaaa!

You couldn't research nor comprehend the legal merits of a case if somebody paid you....lol

I want the law upheld. Period. If that is done and I still lose then I want the law changed. I don't go crying about "liberal judges" and "activist judges" every time the outcome doesn't go my way.

Default Neandethal solutions temporarily prevail in WI; future not good for GOP

Scott Walker made a Neanderthal decision and the WI Supreme Court exposed themselves as short-sighted, incompetent imbeciles. I see a rough future ahead for the GOP in WI...and the nation, as a result of these backwards decisions from these WI GOP hicks.

Pretend this decision means the GOP still doesn't suck, Pubs.

How do you know that the Judges were imbeciles?

It's been claimed that the open records law in Wisconsin had language in it suggesting it did not apply to legislative actions. Additionally, there was the argument put forth by the Judges that they can't overrule legislative action unless the open record law was incorporated in the Constitution which it was not.

Don't stoop to the level of your typical right wing CD poster.
