Ha, ha...ever notice people like to quote sound bites...with little data most of the time.

Must not work of course, not enough money taken from one group and given to another...perhaps trickle down provides more opportunities...doesn't mean everyone will come out the same..

So your telling me that the first 200 years of american history was a complete failure, and we were dominated by world wide communism countries which continue to prosper today? I think not.. Those countries kicking our butt now, are converting daily to a greater trickle down, free market society, while we are going the opposite route. Must be coincidence we have more poverty daily with record numbers on welfare, and higher unemployment rates. Ooh I forgot, you think thats good.

In fact I challenge you to find one place that trickle down, free market capitalism has failed, and the alternative, communism, socialism, has succeeded...

Time for us to elect more capitalists to represent us instead of left wing liberals.

Also, time for us not to allow the middle class to be forced to "spread the wealth"... because the rich left wing liberals who want it sure are not going to spread theirs!

Soooo.... raising taxes wouldn't work either. All that new revenue gets passed on to political cronies and they sure as hell aren't going to give it to you.

Sounds like the only solution is to go into business for yourself, keep your earnings.

Now that wouldn't be "FAIR", that doesn't allow everyone to have a Defined Benefit...we all need to be equal earners, no matter how much we earn or how good our ideas are.....

Actually, that idea would allow those with good ideas to work hard, be succesful, grow their wealth and provide jobs to others....huum, guess our Govt is missing something here...

How about Evaporation Poverty?

The money evaporates from the low income, then the middle class, and works it's way up the ladder.

And what exactly does that mean? people have equal opportunity..not equal incomes...The money at the top is not some piggy bank that should be able to be taken and given to others. Unless the Govt believes in Socialism..

There is plenty of money in teh system....people who want to improve their lt in life can either - work hard, add to their education and work hard, or can not work hard and make bad choices. Those who do number 1 and 2, willing to sacrifice and move to different locasl of the country can do quite well....

Oh sorry, but the facts are not on your side.

The Reagan economy resulted in a record expansion of revenues to the Treasury....more people working, more people paying taxes.

The Reagan economy created 20+ million jobs.

Now, the economic philosophy that has NOT worked...is the one currently employed by obama...Keynesian.

Been tried before...failed each time.
