Two aides to former Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich (R) have been indicted for ordering what officials claim were deceptive robocalls intended to suppress Democratic turnout during Ehrlich's second run for the office last November.

However, according to the document in the Balto Sun, it is expressly illegal to fraudulently attempt to influence the voter's decision whether or not to vote. So I don't think that would be covered under free speech in a criminal case.

No one physically blocked a polling place? Some word of speech were said. No physical action but running their mouth.
