I already know many women go on to live happy lives after their abortions, being affected very little by it, but this isn't the case for all of them and I'm wondering why certain groups of people try to dismiss the fact that some women do suffer stress, depression, guilt, regret, and/or anxiety (one or all of these) after an abortion. Do they really believe that or are they just trying to cover it up?
BTW, I'm pro-choice, but even I cannot deny the fact that women are human beings and obviously capable of experiencing a wide array of emotions after an abortion. It's not like it's a trip to the dentist to have your wisdom tooth pulled out. Let's be realistic here.
Every person reacts differently following an abortion. Every person reacts differently when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Every person reacts differently when they give a child up for adoption. Every person reacts differently when they keep a child that is unplanned. What is the point you are trying to make here? Thankfully in this country the law enables women to make the best choice for themselves in their given situation. None of the choices available are without consequence, and none of the consequences are predictable.
Some do. Some don't. Nobody should be ruined over it or it's more of a mental health thing that needs to be addressed. That goes for all things in life, not just abortion.
Which groups are doing this? And unless they're highly respected organizations, does it really matter? Everybody's got an opinion. If they're wrong, they're wrong, but please name the groups so we know exactly who you're talking about.
In Liberal Land, if it's legal, then it's moral. If it's moral, then it must be pure. If it's pure, then there's no reason to be depressed.
The Bottom Line? Legalized Abortion is not harmful to society. In fact, it's perfectly acceptable behavior to the Leftist Mind. Only a weakling would get depressed over it.

Take the floor now.
"""I'm wondering why certain groups of """...
What groups? What's the name of the "groups"?
Are they the same groups that try to dismiss the fact that women suffer depression from
having babies
and being married
and not getting that promotion
or losing their jobs
or having people vilify them for having an abortion
or from nasty, slimey, inconsiderate cruel judgemental dolts calling them baby murderers ???

But I guess YOU knew that, didn't you, "Bingkin"....
