Yes, Detroit, some parts of DC or New Orleans would need more militaries to restore peace, crime is extremely high there.

If the police can't get it solved, then too bad. But sending G.I.'s into bad neighborhoods is a dumb idea. Besides, they can't do anything anyway.

Hmm, we already do. The area is D.C. and there is a reason it's a "district", for "Constitutional" reasons.
