But lets take a different slant on it. have you ever said something, if only to yourself, like, "Man I'd like to kill that SOB", or "The world would be a better place without (insert whomever)".?? I certainly have, as have most everyone I can bring to mind. Does the word 'rant' come to mind? You have NEVER ranted? If not, you are a highly unique person with a self dicipline seldom seen outside of a Shaolin monestary at the highest level of acheivement. Ok, fine, to do so in a pubic manner is, granted, quite unseemly, and bad form, to be sure. Yet...hmmm, he/she who is WITHOUT sin may cast the first stone..yes? Oh, I'm sure Biblical quotes might bring the hackles up a bit, nevertheless, ifn the shoe do fit on the foot..seems ta me we may as well slip er' on and go fer a stroll. Saddle up! Considering that the generally lawful justification for using lethal force in self defense is the imminent threat of lethal force upon that person defending his/herself it would seem it is the "thug" who first attempts to take away this control of life.
Oddly enough the pro-abortionists don't have any problem calling for the death of the innocent human fetus. How's that hypocrisy working?

He just wants "Urban Thugs" wiped out.
So an "Urban Thug" could be minding his(r) business walking down the street and be shot execution style in the back of the head...and you'd be cool with it?

I don't think he's referring to some guy walking don the street minding his own business. He is suggesting they get a permit, no point in having a permit if you're just going to be shooting people randomly.
Wht he is suggesting is that people who were intent on criminal acts that ended up with a hole in their head would be a deterrent.
