Man, I'd feel so honored if someone filmed me while I was doing my work.

Actually, I once paid someone to do that.

I'm just hoping no one will ever ask, "Did you pay someone to take this picture"?

And, it was just a photo, anyway.

I think cops only like to be photoed posing.

I don't care whether he was rude to her. He forced her into his police car and locked her up in jail!

That's worse than rudeness.

Filming cops works two ways, it can be damning evidence of police wrong doing but it can also be damning evidence exonerating police of misconduct.
Well in this case it certainly didn't exonerate the police from anything. It made them look worse!

Refusing to aid a peace or a police officer is a class B misdemeanor."

Perhaps this is what she was arrested for.....
Not a chance!

She was given the opportunity to walk away.....MULTIPLE times. She didn't have wind up in the back of his car.

Anyways...when was the last time anyone volunteered to get into a police car? Isn't pretty much everyone forced to get into the back seat?

Are you saying that this isn't an actual law or are you saying that this isn't the reason she was arrested? Please clarify your "not a chance" comment.

Why is this so hard for you to understand?

She was given the opportunity to walk away from her own front yard! Since when does she have to?

Until you can demonstrate a legitimate law-enforcement basis for the police to demand that she stop recording them, and a legitimate basis for concluding that she broke some law, don't bother posting anything.
