But how can we believe him considering he has been saying he is going to withdraw troops from Afghanistan since he campaigned in 2008 and NO TROOPS HAVE been withdrawn yet!?!?!
Is he all talk?
Come on. You are kidding right? Obama hasn't done anything he promised that would have been good for the country since day ONE. All he's does in RENEG on his promises. Why would he change his tune at this late date?

It is politically expedient for him to bring home troops just as campaign 2012 cycle is ramping up.
Casualties in Afghanistan are up 5 fold under Obama's command as CoC.
Obama is doing this for re-election. If he had cared about our troops he would not send them to be police for the global elite. He would not tied their hands so that they were little more than sitting ducks to be shot at first. Or, he would have brough them back in his first 12 mos. . Anyone who cannot see this is politically motivated is in serious denial.
Ron Paul 2012!
But, but, but, . . . . . . . . Paul is in favor of bringing all of them home as soon as it can be done. That is the number one reason I won't ever vote for him.
He said he'd withdraw from Iraq which we've done. He's never said such a thing about Afghanistan. Obama campaigned on doubling down on Afghanistan and capturing OBL which he's done.
At least get your facts straight before you blather out nonsense.
How many of our troops are still in Iraq? Get your facts straight before you blather all that nonsense.

During the 2008 campaign candidate Obama promised he'd send more troops to Afghanistan (where the people who attacked us on 9-11 were), and withdraw them from Iraq (where we were NOT attacked from). He also promised to revitalize our efforts to get bin Laden.
Now, it's 2011. Obama increased the troop level in Afghanistan by 30,000 troops. Bin Laden is dead. Now we are starting to withdraw from Afghanistan. The withdrawl from Iraq is 2/3 done, and will be complete by Dec.
When it comes to the GWOT, at least, Obama has always done exactly what he said he'd do. Some people are blinded by their partisanship, and only see and hear what they want to, I guess.

Reason: typo
How Can U tell when He is not telling the Truth? something about lips.....
How can you tell that you're whining about a Democratic president when you'd be lauding a Republican who would be doing the same thing? You're fingers are typing.
It's too bad there's no IQ requirement for this forum.
So he's using smoke and mirrors to draw attention away from his illegal use of the military in Libya...
Everything obama is doing now is to garner votes for the 2012 elections, PERIOD.
Hopefully the media will also play clips of the great one during his 2008 campaign promising on how he would immediately wind down the wars and bring troops home if he were elected.
Am not going to hold my breath on that one seeing most of the media is owned by the progressive left though.
Yep and liberals have sold out for feree stuff promises. if it where Bush or any republican they would be calling for impeachment for violation of war power act. Rethoric.
They probably should put it up to a lit match... See if it flames.
