"The President of the United States is threatened by my candidacy. He fears me." ~ Michele Bachmann, 6/27/11
Well who doesn't?! This whackadoodle scuzzball thinks citizens should be "ARMED and DANGEROUS" !!
She thinks members of Congress should be investigated for anti-Ameircan statements ala Joe McCarthy...and , of course, SHE will decide what is and what isn't "anti-American"....
Funny considering she's the most anti-American ***** I've ever seen!
And that statement has been gone through a hundred times. He knows there are 50 states, Michelle Bachmann doesn't know who lived in her hometown, what Paul Revere did, and where Lexington and Concord are.
Slight difference there.
The only difference appears to be the D or R by their name.
None of these compares to the Commander-in-Chief telling a story (more me, me, me) about handing out the first Medal-of-Honor to a living soldier, and the soldier in the story was not alive.
The difference is that nobody can possibly know every bit of history there is to know. But Obama cares so little about anyone but himself that he can't even muster up the correct soldier.
Born yes, he moved to Waterloo in 1967. I stand corrected, but its not my hometown. Gacy committed his first crimes in Waterloo, and was raised there. When I say hometown, I generally mean where I was born. Gacy got his crime start in Waterloo.
The things you guys bicker about amaze me. If Obama knew how to run a country, I wouldn't care about his gaffes. We need fresh major ideas not this small stuff.
Hey everybody! Did you hear that Obama once said that there were 57 states in the US? I had never heard that before, and I'm so glad that in thread after thread we keep getting reminded of that fact! I'm sure it's just a coincidence that they merely appear to be pointless and off topic deflections from whatever silly gaffe some right winger said in public today! Otherwise it would be a thoughtless one-liner post that suggested that they didn't actually have anything constructive to add to the discussion of whatever the topic of the thread was supposed to be!
left wingers asked to be reminded by the "57 state gaffe", by excusing it and then creating even stupidier postings like this

If you're going to call somebody stupid, make sure to spell "stupider" right next time. Otherwise you seem like a silly fool who doesn't understand a satirical post when you read it, and can't comprehend that the post was "excusing it" at all, merely pointing out that by now it's very old news and not at all germane to a thread about whether Michelle Bachmann or her staffers couldn't get some basic facts right about the town in which she announced her presidential campaign.
