Thank you sanrene for the update. I am glad to see Prosser wasn't railroaded in the name of political correctness.

I think the numerous witnesses to the incident back up Prosser's version...that this crazed, enraged, Leftist hack came at Prosser first.

Just another, in a long, long line, of Left/union losses in WI.
Yes. The other judges who were there confirmed Prosser's account of the events.

Thanks for the update!

They should settle the matter with pugil sticks, American Gladiator style, over a pit of alligators. Some television network will pick it up... they both would be handsomely compensated. People should learn how to exploit situations better for financial gain. Money makes problems magically go away...... sometimes...

You misstate the outcome. The prosecutor basically said the accounts were in conflict to such an extent that prosecution was not possible.

Bradley never pursued criminal charges.

Note that given the agreed to facts someone was guilty of a crime.

Because she knew the only one committing a crime was her, when she rushed at Prosser and attacked him.

The liberal DA and prosecutor of Dane county, who initiated the investigation, found the "evidence" to be in doubt. Don't think for one minute if they could have pinned Prosser with this, they would have.

The witnesses in the room clearly confirmed Prosser story.

Nope. The stories conflicted. Hence no prosecution.

Facts aren't something right wingers care about, they will spin anything to fit their distorted views.

Yep. Bradley's was completely different than everyone else's. The other judges present confirmed Prosser's.

Source?

The documents showing what was stated by all are out. Read them. You will not like them. It is clear that Prosser made the physical contact as even he agrees. The most damning testimony against Bradley is that both Justices were out of line.
