That stubborn Look Policy company will lose again.

they will probablyt lose again, but in fact they should not be losing at all. this is not a case for federal courts, but a 1 for state courts.

she was canned for failing the dresscode, nothing else. if the federal courts cannot see that, then those judges should get out of legislating and start making actual lawful decisions.

Send her a$$ back to the middle east where she does something different than what is 'asked' of her and she gets stoned to death! Really...at what point are we going to say enough is enough. You don't like it GTFB!

As bad as it is...to take the side of A&F the creepazoids who celebrate borderline child pornography...it would be so awesome to see something finally happen and we take a stand against scum like this woman!

Then she shoud not want to work in a store where normal clothing is sold. She should work in a burka shop and quit being a hypocrit.

I'm sure they will also gain customers who have mutual anti-Islam feelings, but I think they will lose more customers than they will make.

Maybe it was the only job she got or maybe she needed the money. There are a million reasons someone takes a job they don't necessarily like or agree with. It's not necessarily being a hypocrite so much as doing whatever you need to do to get by.

Nonsense. Should religious Jews not work for stores open on the sabbath or that sell shellfish. Devout Christians work where they sell birth control.

The fired lady is not telling anyone else what to wear.

I hope A&F gets socked with a big fine for firing her.

No, they should choose not to work for those stores. They shouldn't sue the stores.

They very well might, but I still think it's ridiculous that an employer cannot tell their employees how to dress. Especially a store that sells about the most non-hijab style clothing in existence.
