LOL! OK.
The top income rate was about 90% when Kennedy became President. He lowered it to about 70% or so

Especially private insurance companies. If any of those disabled children requires an expensive operation his insurance companies will have lawyers pouring over his application looking for any reason, no matter how trivial, to deny the claim.

You right wingers with your anti union rhetoric make me think about how one of the things Hitler did was ban all labor unions so he could control the labor force to his whims. Which is what the corporations and business industries would love to have-control over the labor force without having anyone to stand up for tem. All of you anti union spouters are in effect working for the corporations and business industries- you are paving the way for them to have the masses attack the unions for them so they can get rid of all of the benefits, pay scales and other working perks that cost them money. The industries would loveto go back to pre union conditions-we are already seeing so many of these conditions disappearing and all you right wingers just spout your anti union rhetoric. Just wait til your grandchildren are working 60 to 80 hour work weeks with no benefits, they can thank you guys for making the union busting corporations job that much easier.

WoW! Who da thugs again????

uhm... no one hre is crying and moaning about what a working person makes...leaving handicapped children stranded on the other hand is kind of sick.

do you take issue with George Soros? cuz he is the actual devil. The Koch brothers are fake enemies drummed up by media matters (read george soros the actual devil) to take heat off of george soros the actual devil.

and you left wing ideologues who support the unions at all cost and excuse their excesses remind me of Stalin who in the name of the workers murdered millions to build his version of a utopian society. We see that same thuggery in the AFLCIO and the Wisconsin teachers unions destroying public property and threatening the lives of politicians.

See what happens when you ratchet up the rhetoric?

Blather.

Without the union, How many would be willing to do the same job for $40,000 a year + the bennies? Or even $30,000, it is part time.

It would not be very hard to save some cities a hell of a lot on their budgets
