Fertility rates in Mexico are comparable to the US, the fertility rates in Cuba are actually lower than the USA

Generally, because of their social organization and emphasis on education, Mormons are upper middle class, well educated people. It is not uncommon for them to have 6 to 10 children to a family.

Seriously, ten's a bit unusual these days, but six is pretty standard. People like my husband and me, who just had two, are really in the minority.

I don't know where the idea started that it was ok for fathers to abandon their children, but it needs to stop. I was raised by a single father, but I stand by my family.
Like white men and black men don't abandon their kids? Whatever.

I believe that was his point. We're not getting the educated responsible types from Mexico and Central America that limit family size to the number of kids they can afford. We're getting millions of the least capable, the least responsible who have many children they cannot afford and they start having them at very young ages.

Those who can be educated and can be responsible, have no need to sneak over the border.

I doubt it's ignorance. Sex Ed has been going on in the school for a good number of years now.

I see no problem.
