Since you didn't read the article, here is what it said:
"Some jobs will start at $9 an hour, but others will range from $12 to $25 an hour, he said. Plant operators and managers will make considerably more. "

Only those on the left would be crazy enough to attack a company for bringing it's manufacturing facility from China to South Carolina. If the people of South Carolina don't want these jobs I'm sure there are plenty people who will gladly take them. Newsflash, maybe an assembly line worker making tires isn't worth $40K a year.

LMAO. I knew it with out reading it. $9/hour will buy what exactly? I see you didn't mention benefits because there are none. Those 3 $12 to $25/hour jobs are worthless with out health insurance. You right wingers really have the poor peasants of SC fooled.

I don't know if there are benefits or not, but then again, neither do you. I'm quite sure that the $9 per hour jobs are entry level positions. I realize that concept is lost in an entitlement society, but most people don't start as the VP of the company. As for the others, if you have the skills to do something else, then go do it and demand a job with benefits. This company isn't forcing anyone to work there against their wishes.

Let me help you. The job has no benefits. Probably the plant manager has all kinds of perks to keep his boot on the necks of the peasants working for $9/hr. That is not entry level that is what it pays and will pay for some time to come. How do I know this because I live and work in SC. I know SC jobs. I know the motto of break a tractor buy another one kill a N%^&&$% hire another one.
