PPPFFTTT bet men would change their tune if it was them being the breeding stock of society .. .. and its a fact they have no idea of living in a society that leaves the baby makers vurnuable to abuse and neglect .. men would be demanding an abortian way faster than women
ya ever notice folks its some MAN who must stir this pot and stand up for the unborn but has no qualms about sending his grown son off to die in a war zone ?.. 95% of women say nothing because down deep they agree that its our bodys and our choice

stop war, support your children right and women might not be so quick to demand her rights for her body as more than just a planting field for some idiots ego and conquest. oh yeh and teach your sons to keep their zippers up untill they can buy a box of comdoms

Third Trimester Abortion Laws: State by State

did you even read your own link

The following states allow post-viability abortions only if the mother's life is in danger:

1. Idaho (enjoined and unenforceable)
2. Michigan
3. New York

A fetus cannot defend itself, nor can a 5 year child. Do you think that killing the children of other nations is self-defense?
You anti-abortion people are so self-righteous and you can't hide the fact that the anti-abortion people have no problem about people (including children) being killed.
It's just a phony front.

Do you Understand the link?

ONLY THREE STATES ALLOW IT. IF THE MOTHER'S LIFE IS IN DANGER.

THAT'S NOT AT WILL. NO STATE IN THE COUNTRY ALLOWS AN AT-WILL ABORTION THIRD TRIMESTER!

because "right to life" proponents have a strong lobby to pass laws that support their position. They are systematically trying to change the abortion laws, and they are hoping to use this philosophy as supporting evidence that the fetus is a human life.

this is patently wrong because as many as 20 percent of pregnancies do not come to FULL TERM. Even those that do come to full term, a percentage of them the child is stillborn or have such bad birth defects such as anencephaly, ichthyosis (aka Harlequin disease), etc, heart defects etc., which result in prepartum death of the organizm. How you can charge someone with killing a child that would not even have been born alive, is beyond me.

You wanna know why because they are doing it because the child has some type of "defect" and the parents decide they dont want it. Only a small percent of thrid trimester abortions are done to save the mothers life.
Why is the word defect in quotes? There are times where the child is already dead in the womb or has something like anencephaly where it's more humane to abort than let the pregnancy continue.

the question is DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE LINK??

you previously said

No state in the USA permits a 3rd trimester abortion at will.

Only if the health of the mother is in danger.

but in the link you posted it says

The following states have no post-viability restrictions whatsoever:

1. Alaska
2. Colorado
3. Hawaii
4. Mississippi
5. New Hampshire
6. New Jersey
7. New Mexico
8. Oregon
9. Vermont
10. West Virginia

which mean they can have the third trimester abortion AT WILL.

because what you see as a defect I dont. I dont think a mentally retarded child is a defected child.

And if the child died of natural causes in the womb then of course you are to deliver it.

If I knew making abortion illegal save for a few reasons would stop them, I'd do it. But I know it won't. It'll just drive it from clinics with doctors and clean equipment, to dirty motel rooms and back alley crap which isn't safe.

That said, I'm still strongly against it. Whether the child is born or not, that is still life. It's not dead up until the point that it comes through the birth canal. I'm all for educating women, pulling people out of poverty, promoting womens rights, as these are the things that lower the birthrate and therefore unwanted pregnancies.

I truly think it unfair someone has to die for another persons irresponsible actions. Wear a damn condom.
