Appendix D lists Israel as a specially designated country - meaning they have tendencies to promote, produce, or protect terrorist groups.
Anyone know of any Israeli groups promoting terrorism against America?
Israel is only a danger to its enemy, Iran, Hezbollah, etc. Is Obama siding with these groups in claiming Israel dangerous?

It looks like the list is comprised mainly of Arab and Muslim countries. I think Israel's 20% minority Arabs/Muslims gained them admission to this exclusive list.
