A great success for the Food Stamp President

USA becomes Food Stamp Nation but is it sustainable? - Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com/usa-becomes-food-stamp-nation-sustainable-160645036.html - broken link)
Altogether, there are now almost 46 million people in the United States on food stamps, roughly 15 percent of the population. That's an increase of 74 percent since 2007, just before the financial crisis and a deep recession led to mass job losses.

Brilliant analysis. Did you pull that out of ... or did a 14 year old help you.

Let me guess. Your a democrat?

How about we stop the waste fraud and abuse. Then we can afford to help those that really need it. We can even help poor kids.

"Today, food stamps are issued on electronic cards, and fraud levels have been reduced. Nonetheless, the program’s improper payment rate is still about 6 percent, costing taxpayers about $1.7 billion annually."

So roughly 46 million people are on food stamps.
Ok.
Now let's find out: Of those 46 million, how many are abusing the system? How many are behaving like baby factories just to not work and reap in 'the welfares'?
