Seven-year-old Brock, who has already won half a dozen trophies for his dancing and gymnastics, is a self-described diva who travels to competitions with his two favorite dolls and dreams of getting to Broadway. While in kindergarten, Brock took some flak from other boys who said "dancing was for girls." But his mother, Tori Ritter, is supportive of his endeavors.

I thought I might be uncomfortable watching that video, but I wasn't. The little guy looks happy and well-adjusted, and his mother looks like she has her act together.

And I know that maja will love it!

Saw that. Depending on how his voice develops, he'll end up in a musical show or take Nathan Lane's part in The Bird Cage. If him and his mom are serious then they should consider music/singing lessons. Of all the kids there, it seems he's one of the few that wants to compete more than the parent. So in his case, it's not an overly competitive parent living through their kid. I would suggest the mom talk to his teachers and principal about his behavior and how some students are treating him. It's mild taunts now but it could get worse.

*Slightly offtopic*: I dislike these shows in general. I am happy that there is no such thing in Germany. Who in their right mind puts make-up on three-year olds and dresses them like hookers? These mothers are disgusting and so are people who watch these shows. I wonder how many pedophiles are crazy about that?

The real problem is that he's only seven years old with a stage mother. Barely out of kindergarten, and a mess for the rest of his life.
