Eau contraire. I've not posted my opinion. I posted a link to researchers' factual findings.

So you have neither an opinion or an argument...then why are you here?

Now, tax cuts should have done something good since 2001, especially to the revenues and the economy. How do we go about measuring them and really loving it?

BTW, look at real numbers, not a chart where scaling can present a significant problem as insignificant. Don't get it? 14.9% of GDP versus 18.5% of GDP may show as negligible but over a half trillion in deficit.
no thats not at all what my argument was I said that when tax rates were 90%, revenues were not at all different, but by your own admission higher taxes dont equate to more revenues. Just look at the dates provided, like 2000, with 20.6% of GDP going to the federal government. Now go back to when tax rates were 90%.. what was the percentage then?

YOU are posting data to prove that higher tax rates do not equal higher revenues, and you dont even realise it. Thanks for proving my point for me

You can't address either point raised, can you?

Makes sense since you deliberately try to avoid facts.

I have an argument; I'm pointing you to the facts.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

Actually the "see above" proved you guys wrong. Liberals and their proclamation that higher tax rates = higher revenues have been disproven time and time again. For example, Reagan cut taxes, and revenues as a % of GDP was higher than when the tax rates were in the 70% range..

I'm clear as a bell on it. Not sure why you're lost. Can't follow the info that's been provided? Or what?
