I would first have to be convinced that peak oil hypothesis' are correct but I think cities would be hit hardest.

I'd say the farms. You can't eat unless they operate. Trickle down effect. They have food, you have hunger.

Suburbs...You already see the move of people into the cities...Cities with the best mass transit will have the largest populations..
