Consider the year 2031, when political candidates in the late 30s, their 40s, grew up in the age of the ubiquitous cell phone & camera. Old, long-forgotten (by them, anyway) photos/videos from those late high school years, those following years in the dorms, are going to surface. Something they or someone else captured, then sent to someone else. There's a huge amount of personal media available now. Fast-forward a couple of decades and you're going to find some candidates for major offices seriously haunted by youthful indulgences!

It'll be mildly humorous, though the puritanical reaction from a far-too-large segment of society will be sad...
By 2031, nobody will give a crap about some tweet of some twenty year olds underwear package print. This is what students today do, it's the playboy under the mattress of years past.

Michele Bachmann Signs Pledge to Ban Porn, Gay Marriage (http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/dpps/news/politics/michele-bachmann-marriage-vow-pledge-july-8-2011_14035214 - broken link)

Hilarious! Bachmann is going to stamp out porn, and fiercely defend the right to free speech!

I would love to see a pledge to ban the christian right...Send Bachmann, Santorum, Ted Haggard, and the rest of the cretins to some remote island to live their 'religious utopia wet dream'. Save the rest of the world from these scum!

Now...I REALLY REALLY hope she wins the GOP nomination. Talk about a final nail into the coffin of the repukelicans...They will become so irrelevant if some wackadoo like her becomes the face of their party during the presedential race...She will finish the job talk-radio, the tea party, and tax cuts for rich people started!

and that is the difference between the conservative right and the liberal left. We don't want to kill them, we are just tired of living with such intolerance. . . . .
