Obscenity as a legal concept is defined by "community standards". It's not true liberty, in my opinion, because it oppresses free speech, but it's better than allowing the lowest common denominator to decide what's acceptable and what's not.

My take: if she ever gets it thru (fat chance, nobody will vote for her, not even most Repubs) there will be a mile-long group of supporters to pay for the hit squad to take her out.
