The Bohemian Grove... I knew that sounded familiar... Google Hunter S Thompson/Johnny Gosch and the Bohemian Grove. Old news but interesting. Bush Sr is even implicated. Another good search is Project Monarch, a sub of MKULTRA. When you put it all together it can get scary..and makes you think twice when folks say this country is actually being run by a hand-full of people. Just sayn...
Yes he states that a terrorist attack will happen some where. I bet I can say that and somewhere, in some place in the world one will happen after I say that a terrorist attack will happen to promote some goal. If you think that is a prediction, I have some New Jersey swamp land to sell you that will go up in value.
He also states the US will blow something up. Wow, like that never happens.
That's about as much of a prediction as some one throwing darts at a dart board.

He specifically states that the US Govt is going to launch a terrorist attack against the US and urges people to call DC and say don't do it!
Of course, I am not sure if it was in this video or not, but I've seen the video of him doing this.
Anyway, I know Bohemian Grove sounds fantastical but when you stop to consider the pervs in Govt would it really surprise you?
