The free flowing money is gone.
This is what happens when you can't pay the bills.

Look out for the hoarders being arrested with shopping carts full of booze. Gotta fine somebody to make up for that lost revenue.

You're an idiot (not you personally but people in general) if you equate needing a license to buy booze or cigarettes and sell 'em to needing a license to practice medicine and directly affect the health and safety of a person.

You have been a member here for 4 years and missed all of the TEA Party thread? We want LIMITED government. The feds do only what the Constitution allows them to do. The States take over from there and do what the different state constitutions allow for. From there, county and city government do their job.

When you are trying to be everything to everyone, you can't do anything efficiently.

Oh! So you admit that the government has a needed and useful role.

BTW, this is the line for most tea partiers! Take away their police, nurses, firefighters, teachers, etc..... but......take away their booze and the party is over!

Well sorry but I'm from Florida and you "Tea Party" people gave us Rick Scott as Governor! He has cut funding for teachers, police & firefighters, and many Social programs that are needed for the elderly & children.
I happen to be single & self Employed and pay a hell of a lot of taxes than most people do! I don't mind for paying for services & infrastructure needs.
If you want "Limited" Government go move to a state where a thatch hut and a campfire will suffice for you!

yeah, they're idiots. I believe government intervention in everything is a bad thing, but in other things they're necessary. There's a reason we have OSHA or the FDA for example. Companies have been known to cut corners on safety and quality, even today they do. But personally, I'd rather work in a factory of today's standards than of the Upton Sinclair era.

What does that have to do with beer and smoking or this thread in general?
