Do liberals even read the nonsense they post? None of it makes any sense, well to anybody with half a brain. Is this what our public education system has done to these people? Utter insanity anymore.

"In 1985, the top 5% of the households, the wealthiest 5%, had net worth of $8 Trillion, which is a lot. Today after serial bubble after serial bubble, the top 5% have net worth of $40 Trillion. The top 5% have gained more wealth than the whole human race had created prior to 1980."
It is just the top 1% that control 40% of the wealth and there are only 400 billionaires in the country.
Yes. It's always amazing to me how many people are concerned about what other people have. There are too many people who are jealous of others.
You don't understand. It has nothing to do with being jealous.
The rich are getting tax breaks which are huge. These tax breaks should not be given to them. The country would have trillions of dollars every year if we would not give them these tax breaks.
So, to re-cap there are those of you who want to give up medicare,medicaid,and social security so the rich can continue to get their tax breaks and gains of trillions of dollars every year.
This is insanity.

I am always amazed that libs are so jealous and concerned over what others have, instead of just focusing on themselves and being happy with what they have done with their lives. This class warfare is simple, childish jealousy.
I think we can clarify all the confusion here with just one post:
Any country has a certain amount of currency in circulation. It is not "endless" currency. Adding more currency creates inflation.
If there were 100 dollars in circulation, and 10 Americans, that's it. There are NO "extra" monies floating around, and if 1 person has 95 of the 100 dollars, the other 9 people will NOT be able to do the same.
Period.
That's why the "American Dream" is truly a dream. It will never work! (And yet so many Americans still believe it can! )
As long as there is limited currency (and there always will be), it is IMPOSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE TO BECOME RICH. IMPOSSIBLE. Basic math skills will verify this.
Greed is still not considered a crime. But those who deem themselves "worthy" of 2 houses while others do not have a bed, have committed the same crime as the leaders of corrupted communism and socialism.
A country that prospers because of greed and individual competition is bound to fall, because the importance is on the individual rather than the whole. In other words, the country based on capitalism and greed eats itself up from within. The rich eat the poor in their own land.
You still have the kool aid crowd who will beligerently argue that we must continue this path that's destroying our country's fiber even though they've been screwed by that system.
There are no good reasons to keep giving the rich tax breaks while they want to take away medicare,medicaid, and social security to do so.
How about a one time "Stupid Wealthy Tax", on the top 5% of, say, about $14 tril? Hmmmm....
.................always looking for someone else to pay the bill. You do realize that "the rich" do not have $14 trillion, even if you took every penny they have, don't you?
