Allow me to recap it to save time.

Making people show more ID than they do now cuts down on fraud.

Even though there is no significant fraud now.

And that small percentage of people that would be discouraged from voting is OK because they are black and Mexicans.

The end.

Psssst. Your partisanship is showing.

It was the law under your beloved Bush, too.

Don't like the challenge to the DOMA? Too bad.
You might want to read the reasoning behind the part that is disputed.
You have read it and can have an intelligent conversation about it, can't you?
I mean, you brought the topic up so you are willing to have a conversation about it, right.

Why are these people discouraged from voting? Who doesn't have a valid state issued ID?

In general, it's best not to include outright fabrications in the title of a thread you're starting.

Unless you want to point to me where the papers filed in court say anything at all about failing to register enough Democrats, of course.

The DOJ..making up rules to be broken ?
Hopefully LA will be smart and bring this to court.

If the DOJ can't tell them what they are doing wrong then there is no case.

You don't care what the reason is.

I'll tell you valid reasons X

You answer will be.

Well if they are too stupid not to do X...then they shouldn't be voting! Ha!
