As we have all come to understand as far as the U.N. is concerned. that is simply 'chump change' anyway. Despotic rulers of these failed states will have that divied up and in Swiss bank accounts faster than you can say "dictator".

Somalia today in the news is like a virtual "time warp" where Captain Kirk is forever doomed to listen to: "a virtual haolocaust", "worst drought in recent history", "millions dying", "wholesale starvation" etc., etc., ad-nauseum. All of this is like a continuous video loop we've just been shown of Casey Anthony walking out of the lock-up to enter her lawyers SUV. Over and over again, only this time it's playing for the third or fourth time in recent memory.

Wasn't this the very thing the U.N. was created to prevent; and yet again we are treated to the very same country for the very same reasons in the pit of despair through their own stupidity and yet again the U.N. is fumbling the ball. How many more times are we going to watch this fiasco unfold.

It ain't working now and hasn't worked for some time; disband the damn thing and use the building as a monument to man's inherent gullibility.

4 billion might as well be 100 billion because we don't have either amount to donate.
