I don't think anyone should be surprised Obama did that. Obama and many others in D.C. consider themselves to be "citizens of the world" and not "citizens of the Unites States". Do I like it, well, hell no.
It was the US and its President that really created the UN but for some reason we lost control of all parts of it. We do get to finance the damned thing but don't get a lot of say in what it does.
There is a possibility that George Soros is using the UN to squeeze us into a hole we can't get out of. Obama is his pony so I guess they could be working together
