It's both. Sex offenders are more likely to rape someone behind bars and more likely to be raped themselves than your average inmate.
My point is the vigilantes aren't always rational and they have a tendency towards excessive force.
Like I have said, I don't really blame the guy. I would be tempted to do the same thing. As a matter of fact, I would probably do something similar if I was in his shoes. My point is that it should not be condoned by the justice system.
I could never convict the guy if I were sitting on his jury.
I can't see how a jury will find him guilty of anything but simple assault.
If I'm on the jury, it gets knocked down to j-walking.
This Rosen jackass needs to find a new line of work. If every pervert who molested a kid was treated to a similar attitude adjustment, sex crimes would be greatly reduced. Still don't understand why we have no death penalty for molesting/abusing a child.
I'd probably do the same thing as this guy, then accept my rightful jail term. This is America and the Constitutional process of criminal law can't be messed with.
If you want to accept an unjust resolution, that's your right. Most of us would not accept it.
I would have no problem sitting in a jail cell if someone messed with my wife, or my kid!
