Not exactly what is being taught by "Gender Trainers" to the elementary school children in Oakland, CA, where kids as young as 5 are taught that there are more than two genders and that boys can be born with boy parts but in their hearts know they are really a girl.

Gee that would confuse me and I am an adult. How about kids who say they are a dog or cat and bark or meow all the time. Should adults say, ok you are a dog so from now on we will say you are a dog. Poor kids.
Why not teach kids no means yes and yes means no. Give them another handicap.
You are talking about 2 separate issues. Race and behavior are not alike.
Some say they were born gay, some say they found out later in life and some say they were born bi or found out later in life. It seems to be all confusing to gay people let alone straights.
Homosexuality is not a behavior - it's a sexuality. It describes an innate sexual and emotional attraction to members of the same sex. I know several gay virgins. They've never had sex, but they most certainly are homosexual.

Because someone brought up the issue of once SSM is legalized, the next fight will be for polygomy, which was denied by another poster. The Gay Rights Platform of 1972 called for just that; i.e., remove restrictions on the number of people that can marry each other as well as remove any age of consent. I think this is significant because it is a legitimate concern of people. Where does this slippery slope end? What next? In 1972, the agenda included polygamy and pedophilia...
If I was gay I'd be TRULY insulted by the way that this ad portrayed me and my supporters as erratic, foul-mouthed, self-righteous, skeezy child-"porn" advocating, anti-Christian narcissists... Real nice.

So I said you are assuming a lot because of just this.
1. This was 39 years ago, what is the platform for today's mainstream gay community?
2. The age of consent was more of a borderline legality thing and not pedophilia.
3. Polygamy was more of a free spirit thing in this case, not the same today.
