From The Guardian - A special meeting of the United Nations security council is due to consider whether to expand its mission to keep the peace in an era of climate change.

I thought this was a joke at first. What are they going to do, invade West Virginia and close down the coal mines? And how about India and China, the world's greatest polluters?

Is this a lame attempt at a follow up to the failed Copenhagen summit ?
Boy the globalists are really chomping at the bit to control carbon credits.

"They are not the boss of us"

Malthus's impending doom of over-consuming resources was debunked back in the 1800s. Why do we keep bringing him back to life? Plus, the UN could probably save a lot of green if they didn't fly all their ambassadors to the UN.

If there was any question that the UN is a useless organization, this concept removes all doubt.

They do. It's called, "Let's blame the US for everything and make them fund the majority of aid and UN expenditures".

Turn off your computer, shut all electronics off in your house, and start walking everywhere. Otherwise, your door might be bashed in and you'll be labeled a terrorist. Terrorizing the planet with your CO2.
