From The Guardian - A special meeting of the United Nations security council is due to consider whether to expand its mission to keep the peace in an era of climate change.

I thought this was a joke at first. What are they going to do, invade West Virginia and close down the coal mines? And how about India and China, the world's greatest polluters?
