I agree...like singling out those of whom you are jealous to impose higher tax rates.

People are jealous of Christians?
What does a perceived phobia of Christianity/Christians have to do with taxes?

Thank God it isn't up to YOU to determine who is a Christian. I am a devoted Christian who loves my Lord with all my heart. I spend time each day in prayer and studying His word. I am an elder of my church and devote countless hours in volunteer work for the church and for the disadvantaged children in my community. AND I AM A LIBERAL. I am a liberal BECAUSE I am a Christian who seeks to follow the teachings of my Lord and refuse to let the rw media manipulate me into going against everything He taught.

Socrates isn't the center of the worlds largest religion, and he isn't stood upon by those who profess that Jesus would be a conservative, and that Christians can't be liberals.

BTW, I think conservatives are against assisted suicide. Socrates was a fan.

Libertarians are nearly all pro-legal assisted suicide, despite deep differences on almost every other issue.

But of course, I was being facetious. Anyone applying 20-21st century political labels to figures that far back in history ought to be gently mocked.

Can't argue with that.

Yeppers, against the Christians, many of which are Tea Partiers, but either way against both groups. Seen these groups in action? Compared them to large groups of libs? Wowzers....the media exposes not only its huge bias but the very poor taste in people that it has, "generally speaking" of course.
