The only idea you seem to have is that the moron owes no child support.
Way to go.

The irony of your post deploring the reasoning skills of others!

It's the GOP and conservatives who label themselves as family values people, in contrast to "liberals" who, the conservatives claim, are not.

Consider the example of someone in your office who goes on and on about what a great dad and husband he is, what great family values he has - and his co-workers know he's really picking up one night stands every weekend. They roll their eyes and jokingly refer to him as "Mr. 'Family Values'".

Does this mean these people don't have family values or are against family values? Of course not, but that's what you're claiming.

And anyway, calling one party "the party of family values" doesn't logically infer that all other parties are anti-family values, although this is what Republicans try to suggest. It's not exclusionary.

Why should we be surprised. He doesn't believe that our country should pay our bills so of course he doesn't believe in paying his own bills either.

Not paying child support in no way indicates his dedication to his children. Child support is largely a load of bull****. You don't need to pay your ex wife exorbitant amounts of money to be a loving father.

As far as I can tell this is a suit.

Innocent until proven guilty?

As a parent, you are obligated to support your children. Some of this support will come in the form of money, since you can't raise children very easily without it.

The amount of child support owed is a pretty straightforward documentation process, including calculation of interest for payments not received.

Oh, and this is not a criminal matter. Innocent or guilty is not the question here. How much he owes is the question. The judge will decide if the ex-wife's calculations are correct and reasonable.
