I am less offended by Truck Nuts than I am by the sight of some Gang Banger's crack because he wears his pants too low.

Anyone catch this quote?.... "It very specifically says you cannot have a human body part dangling from a vehicle anywhere or attached to a vehicle that the community as a whole may find offensive," Chief Fuda said.
I expect the court or the defense attorney will ask Chief Fuda to point to the "human body part" in question.

I think it is a road safety issue. If the items hanging on your vehicle break off they can hit someone behind you and cause damage to their vehicle and/or cause a wreck. Nothing unnecessary should be hanging on the outside of the vehicle.

That is not the reason this vehicle was targeted by police though, it was due to the 'immorality' factor.

I dont understand why people have a problem with this, we tolerate Govt to determine what is moral/immoral in many many different aspects of life today...

Look at it this way, the FCC, ( a federal govt agency) monitors network TV and radio for 'curse words and nudity' of certain types!!! (and this is 2021?) LOL

As a whole, society is totally fine with Govt determining what is moral/immoral!

I am offended by the animals in a zoo not wearing modesty briefs or panties.

The display these animals put on is disgusting and repulsive. Littlekiddies are exposed to this filth every day.

Truck-nuts pale in comparison in terms of vulgarity.

I would not be surprised if there is a federal govt agency that monitors witches and devil worshipers today!

I prefer that those dangling truck nuts self-identify as idiots, rather than me having to guess.

No, it should not be illegal. Ya can't make laws against stupidity.

Are they funny? to some yes, I certainly got a chuckle, would I put them on my truck...nooooo.

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before we see them down here in GA if there not here already and I'm just not looking.

I'd much rather see my tax dollars go to put real crooks in jail like the minions of banksters who created the mess were in, or BP et. all for the oil spill mess vs a woman with truck nuts.
No balls in Georgia...Sounds about right.

I'm super open minded when it comes to sex and the human body, so it doesn't offend me and I don't believe it should be illegal.

With that said, I find dangling testicles extremely tacky. I question if men who drive large pickup trucks and decorate with such objects are trying to overcompensate. Men who are secure in their masculinity don't need to do anything to prove it. Women who drive trucks with those... well... that's just weird lol.
