Hey I have a better solution to the debt...the gument takes all our $$$ and we work as slaves...why not...if they can some... what is to prevent them from taking it all.
Why didn't the Democrats vote for Kucinich rather than Obama? I started another thread where you can here how fantastic he was during the debates! Didn't any Democrats WATCH the debates?

I guess the same reason the Republicans went with McCain and not Ron Paul. They decided to win, I suppose.

Kucinich dropped out of the 2008 race very early.
It surprised many people at the time that he endorsed Obama rather than his close friend John Edwards. In retrospect, Kucinich being a friend of Edwards meant that he knew all about Rielle Hunter long before anyone else did, and thus knew the dangers of an Edwards candidacy. In any case, Kucinich got absolutely nothing in return for endorsing Obama.
Kucinich stayed in the race in 2004 much longer than in 2008. Some have speculated that if Edwards had gotten the nomination in '04, Kucinich would have been his VP.
I trust and like Kucinich waaaaaayyyyy more than our douchebag-in-chief. That's not to say that I'd vote for him; it just indicates how much I can't stand what's-his-face.
I will say one thing about crazy Kucinich he stands by what he says and doesn't flop around on issues like most. He is wrong IMO 99% of the time but you know what your getting from that loon.
the republicans DO NOT want to eliminate medicare and social security, they want to REFORM them. the ryan plan does not eliminate medicare, what it does do is give those eligible for medicare a voucher to buy their own health insurance. and if they need more to buy health insurance because of extraordinary circumstances, then their voucher is larger. if they dont need as much to buy health insurance, then they get the difference between the voucher and the cost of the health insurance they buy.
as for social security, they want to give the younger people more control over their retirement accounts, and the amount that gets privatized is actually rather small.
stop listening to the progressive garbage.
and by the way, obamacare is supposed to CUT $500 billion from medicare, but no one talks about that now do they?
you mean the democrats are frothing at the mouth to steal these funds, dont you? the reality is that both parties have been raiding social security and medicare to pay for crap spending programs, the difference here is that the republicans are starting to see the light and want to SAVE medicare and social security, not kill them.
The Repub plan to 'save' Medicare and Social Security is to 'kill' them - much in the same way that G W Bush 'saved' the Iraqis from Sadaam by killing them.
So the "wars" will save us a hundred billion a year. Yippee.
Tax cuts will save a hundred billion a year. Yippee.
Medicare for all........paid for with what??
Trade agreements renegotiated? Um how does that save billions?
New deal building bridges and roads.........what about the stimulous that was supposed to do that.
Kuccinich needs to just shut up and thank the lord a guy that looks like that has such a good looking wife.
The tax cuts and the wars will save more than 100 billion a piece.
