No surprise there given his epic failed policies. The good news for Obama is it won't go below 21%. That's the percentage of liberals in America and they vote blindly for democrats regardless.

Boehner and Reid are not running for POTUS. Obama is and he is carry the heavy baggage of a failed first term. An epic fail at that!
