Gallup: Obama Approval Hits New Lows
Yes, the article also points out that Clinton's rating during the government shut down plummeted as well, only to rebound once it was over.

Guess you missed that part huh?

When did Boehner and Reid become our President and leader? I missed that one.

We do not need a poll to know that Obama is a complete and outer failure and in way over his head.

It does not take a pool for someone to see that he has driven this country into the ground with his decisions, policies and massive mistakes.

It does not take a pool to know that he has lost all the reps and indys who voted for the scam change bs and now has lost many of the smart left wingers who finally have noticed he is a total scam artist.

Not many left who still follow this idiot based on his horrific worse then Carter ways.

We only have another 1 1/2 years of dealing with this loser and off he goes to cause harm to something else. If we have a country left when he is done.

Is our government shut down right now? I didn't know about that or maybe I just wouldn't have posted that one. You know damned well that our government isn't going to shut down and sure isn't shut down now so your mention is pure crap from the left side of things.

How long a period of time does a poll have to cover to be valid? I did mention that Rasmussen has him at 46% but theirs is an over night thing. They do a daily thing for him and he is at -18% today. I guess their daily phone call poll just isn't very good though since you need one that is 30 days, or 6 months or something like that.

Who is at home during the day? Unemployed people who are frustrated with the economy, retirees, and tea partiers drawing their SSI disablity checks. People who have jobs like myself would not get polling calls during the day.

Unemployed people by and large don't like incumbents, and politicians generally, and there are a fair amount of tea partiers who collect government assistance.

That is very true but you realize, he is losing support from those on the left that supported him so strongly, he is losing the independents voters because most have said they are disappointed and many young people who voted for him, thinking he was something wonderful and exciting are luck warm. Put all that together, the economy, the debt ceiling mess, etc, he looks liek possibly a one term Pres. of course things can change, but right now, that is how it looks.

Oh, and who is home during the day? Many people who vote for starters. The SSI recepients are hardly Tea Party members or at least according to the libs. Teaparty members are right wing conservatives: that isn't in line with those collecting disability checks. Isn't it interesting how people like you and other libs can beleive a poll that suits you and disregard one that does not? Isn't it interesting as well, you can say in one breath the conservatives don't care about the poor and disabled and then tell us the conservative Teapartiers are the ones sitting at home collecting disability?

I was thinking about the same. I guess I better get off the computer and turn on the news. I thought we had 3 more days? Did Obama change that as well?
