Oh, gosh. I don't know. Maybe the same reason Reagan did. You didn't have a rebuttal to my comment by the way. A ready market for cheap labor is why we have 15 million Mexican, Central and South American illegal immigrants (and they're progeny). You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. Liberal sympathy once they're here didn't cause that.

In fact Obama kicked off his 2012 campaign at the Mexican border itself making big promises to get a big amnesty through. How much more can a liberal promote uncontrolled immigration?

You made a blanket statement that liberals (that means all liberals) want uncontrolled immigration from third world nations (meaning all third world nations) which is a stupid statement.
And if anyone started this, it would be Ronald Reagan. He must have been the most liberal after all.

I agree Reagan was misguided and he admitted later it was a bad decision but what is Obama's excuse when there is so much unemployment of Americans? Why do the liberals, Pelosi included, want all this cheap labor coming in?

Correlation does not prove causation. Nor does your article prove correlation to begin with.

Worthless article to make your case.

There is a whole other reason more kids are getting pregnant in Texas. It's the big demographic shift going on in Texas, people coming over the border whose culture has it normal to start giving birth at age 13 or 14.

Because while the overall national rate of teen pregnancy has declined, it has actually increased among Latina girls.

The causes have nothing to do with sex education being taught, it's a new culture moving in that promotes early sexuality and pregnancy. It's how it was done back home after all.

SpringerLink - Maternal and Child Health Journal, Volume 14, Number 1

Conclusions Changing population characteristics in Texas and differences in sexual activity and contraceptive failure among racial/ethnic groups indicate that teenage pregnancy will not continue to decline in the coming decade. The adolescents most at risk for pregnancy are expected to increase significantly. Pregnancy prevention programs need to be intensified and adapted to the changing Texas social climate in order to preempt dramatic increases in teenage pregnancy.

War, disease and starvation will take care of the problem. To be honest, I am not seeing how this will be a problem for developed nations.
Very true, developed nation need not worry and emerging countries will change as with time, if they can find some freedom.

How can we really predict what will happen in 90 years? Prediction models fail us in almost every non rules based science.

Every country had falling fertility with technological progress. Its not a prediction, its reality. Fertility is decreasing even in developing countries and its even decreasing at a faster pace than it was decreasing in the western world.
